does not charge you to participate in the program; however, your wireless
service provider may charge you for receiving TEXT messages and air-time.

provides short messages as text
messaging (the Service). Please note that to process your requests for this
Service, you may be charged a fee to send and receive messages based on the
terms of your wireless service. Message and data rates may apply. All applicable
charges are billed by and payable to your wireless service provider. Check with
your wireless service provider if you have questions about your service plan.

will not be liable for any delays in
the receipt of any TEXT messages as delivery is subject to effective
transmission from your network operator.

Bluegrass Cellular.
